Dear colleagues,

Starting from 2003, the European Polymer Federation has organized a series of EPF Summer Schools on hot topics of scientific and industrial interest, aimed for PhD-students, postdoctoral researchers, academic researchers and industrial researchers.

In May 2019, the 9th EPF Summer School topic will be “DYNAMIC AND REVERSIBLE POLYMER NETWORKS”. This summer school will be held at a wonderful place in the village Bertinoro, close to Bologna and Florence (Firenze) in Italy on 20-24th May, 2019 (starting after lunch on Monday).

• Fundamentals on thermosetting networks (Pascault, Cassagnau, Caillol)
• Principles of vitrimers and dynamic covalent networks (Leibler, Bowman, Williams, Tournilhac, Winne, Rekondo)
• Reversible networks (Sanyal, Raquez, Palmans)
• Characterization of vitrimers and dynamic covalent networks (Montarnal, Van Assche, Storm, Van Ruymbeke)

We can accommodate 100 participants (registration/accommodation booking already available). We hope you will send this message to those persons who would be interested in a high-level training on those topics.
